Now Seeing Patients in Texas and Colorado via Secure Telemedicine

I am pleased to share that I am currently accepting new patients in Texas and Colorado and providing care entirely through secure telemedicine.

Telepsychiatry allows you to receive high-quality psychiatric care from the comfort of your own home, without the time and stress associated with travel, waiting rooms, or taking extended time off from work. All visits are conducted using a HIPAA-compliant platform designed to protect your privacy while allowing for focused, personalized care.

New patient evaluations are typically available within one week. This means you can often move from deciding to seek help to being seen and supported far more quickly than in many traditional settings.

Through telemedicine, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and thoughtful, collaborative treatment planning for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and related conditions. Care is individualized, evidence-based, and paced to ensure you feel heard and understood.

Many patients find that telemedicine actually enhances the therapeutic experience. Being in a familiar environment can make it easier to speak openly, and the flexibility of virtual visits often leads to better consistency with follow-up care—an important factor in achieving meaningful, lasting improvement.

If you live in Texas or Colorado and are looking for timely, professional psychiatric care delivered in a convenient and secure format, telemedicine may be an excellent option for you.

    1. Hi…thanks for stopping by. In Texas, I am in-network with BCBS and Ascension Health. In Colorado, I am only fee-for-service for now.

A comprehensive initial evaluation (60 minutes) is $400 out-of-pocket and subsequent followup visits (30 minutes) are $200.

For people who have insurance plans other than BCBS or Ascension, I can provide a superbill for the visit, which people can submit to their insurance for reimbursement for visiting with an out-of-network doctor.

Let me know if you have any other questions or ways in which I could be of assistance.

      Take care,

      -Dr Crooks
